Design the Future of Collegiate Apparel

We're looking for creative, trend-focused designers to help develop the next generation of collegiate apparel.

This is a hands-on opportunity to work directly with our design team creating graphics, apparel concepts, trend research, mockups, and product collections that are actually produced and sold to customers across the country.

At Recess Apparel, we're redefining what college merchandise looks like.

We create fashion-forward apparel inspired by campus culture, vintage collegiate style, and modern streetwear. What started as a college apparel brand has grown into a community of students, creators, and trendsetters across campuses nationwide.store.

Internship Overview

Remote | Flexible Schedule

Interns will collaborate directly with our leadership team to create graphics, products, collections, and concepts that support future product launches.

- Create apparel graphics and artwork
- Create product mockups and apparel concepts
- Research fashion, streetwear, and campus trends
- Present new product ideas and seasonal concepts
- Assist with collection planning and product development
- Help identify emerging trends across campuses
- Build seasonal inspiration boards
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns and product launches
- Current college student or recent graduate
- Strong design eye and understanding of current fashion trends
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Knowledge of apparel decoration methods is a plus
- Interest in fashion, streetwear, branding, and product design
